Reservations

Reservations can be made on our website or by calling us at 510-276-7000. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. Reservations are highly recommended. Make Reservations now >>>

Check-in

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow a stress-free check-in, changing, and time to enjoy a shower and/or sauna. As a courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late, your appointment will end as scheduled.

Spa Wear

For your convenience, a locker with robe and slippers are provided for your convenience. Our therapists are highly skilled in correct draping procedures to ensure complete comfort at all times. Undergarments may be worn during treatment if you prefer.

Cell Phone

Cell phone use is not permitted while being serviced at My'Amour Salon & Spa. Please silence your cell phone upon arrival to your appointment.

Med-Watch

Guest who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult their doctor before booking spa services or using any spa facilities. Please advise us of allergies so that we may use products that are appropriate for you. For your safety and well-being, alcoholic beverages are highly discouraged before, during, or immediately following spa treatments.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice (1 week notice for spa parties and major holidays) to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we'll expect you to be there. Missed appointment will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.

Gratuities

Customary gratuities range from 15-20%.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Spa Finder, Spa Wish, and of course Cash.

SpaPass
